Directions

Mix 2 scoops in 10-12 fl oz of water, or milk. Pre-Workout: Take Formula 1 hour prior to your workout to supply your body with the nutrients it needs. Post Workout: Take Formula 1 hour after your workout to supply your body with the nutrients it needs to stimulate muscle synthesis. Before Bed: Take Formula before bed to stop your body from breaking down your hard earned muscle while you sleep.
