Directions

Begin by taking 1 capsule in the morning on a empty stomach before food. If needed, take an additional 1 capsule six hours later on an empty stomach. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules per day until you have assessed your tolerance to this product. Due to the extreme strength of this product do not exceed more than 3 capsules per day.
