I first took NO Xplode when I was 18 for football training. I absolutely love the product. I took 1-1.5 scoops with water or gatorade 30-45 minutes before working out. The product gave me great energy, focus, and pumps while lifting. At times the pumps are so large that it is difficult getting 4-5 lifts in one workout for one muscle group ie: biceps. The energy made for great strength gains and some muscle gains. I'd say the effects are greatest right away and taper off after 2 bottles.
