Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will ship the next business day. In most cases it will take 2-5 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 1-2 days- however, you will always receive an e-mail telling you that your order might be delayed. - For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.

- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
