Directions:
Consume 20-25 g of Creatine Monohydrate for 4-5 days to help promote muscle saturation. Maintain Creatine levels with 5-7 g per day, thereafter. For best results, mix 1 rounded teaspoon of Optimum Nutrition's Creatine Powder into 8 oz. of cold water or your favorite sugary, non-acidic and non-caffeinated beverage.

- For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.
- If you order on Monday at 4pm CST your order would ship on Tuesday and in the above scenario you would receive your order on Thursday.
- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
