I've been using hydroxytrol for about 3 weeks now and seems to be working. I am doing a lot more cardio though too. I feel hotter at the gym and seem to sweat more when taking this, so I think it's having a good effect. I will probably try one more bottle as I have lost about 7lbs so far.
