Directions: Take 4-7 capsules per day on an empty stomach. On workout days, take 20 minutes prior to workout. On non-workout days, take before bedtime. Stack with Methyl 1-D to increase strength and mass or Speed to increase fat burning.

- For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.

- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
