MySupplementStore.com stands for commitment, service, knowledge and dedication to our #1 asset, you the customer. Since 1999 we have been serving customers in our brick and mortar stores. Our customers always come first and we will go the extra mile to make you happy. Unlike some other sites who only order the products you order after the fact, we have our own warehouse stocked everyday with over 5,400 items. We can reach 85% of the continental United States within 3 business days via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. This means you can order up until 2 PM in any time zone and receive your product within 3 or 4 days for no additional charge with rare exception. Our current fulfillment rate is 98.8%. We keep our warehouse stocked everyday therefore out of stocks are very rare. However, if there is an unavoidable delay we'll call or e-mail you within 24 hours Monday - Saturday.

Q.  What are your shipping charges?
A.  Orders with an item subtotal of less than $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.00. Orders with an item total greater than $50.00 are shipped free via UPS Ground. No hidden handling fees or gimmicks, simply free shipping.

A.  Please call (877) 505-1777 or e-mail us at mysupplementstore@yahoo.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to receive return authorization. We will accept a full return on your unopened product less the shipping fee (in most cases this is $5.95). We must do this as we pay to ship the items free for you when the criterion is met. As always we will do what it takes to make you happy.

A.  No we do not have a catalog. Due to this being such a dynamic industry and new products being released daily we choose to keep our catalog online only.


top of page Q.  What if the items I order are out of stock?
A.  We keep our inventory live with our website , therefore on the rare occasion that we are out of an item that appears in stock online we will email you within 24 hours. At that time we will give you the following options: 1. Replace the item with a similar item. 2. Cancel the order. 3. If other items are ordered ship the rest of the order and receive a refund for the out of stock item.

A.  85% of our customers receive their orders within 3 business days. If there is any delay in shipping your order we will call and/or email you.

However we ship orders within minutes of you placing your order. If it happens to be too late for us to stop your order we will accept a full return on your unopened product less the shipping fee (in most cases this is $5.95). We must do this as we pay to ship the items free for you when the criterion is met. As always we will do what it takes to make you happy.

A.  Please call us at (877) 505-1777 or e-mail us at mysupplementstore@yahoo.com right away. Keep in mind we ship orders within minutes of you placing your order. If it happens to ship to the wrong address we will have it shipped back to us and then we will ship it to your correct address. Please note there is a $9.00 charge for address corrections after an order has shipped as this is what UPS charges for address corrections.


top of page Q.  Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
A.  Yes, we do ship to military addresses via USPS military mail. Orders typically arrive to these addresses within 4-10 business days. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are charged a flat rate of $8.95. Unless the weight of the package exceeds 50 lbs then the charge is $18.95. Please list all of your address info as shown below:

A.  Yes you can, however, we warn that you do run the risk of receiving melted bars. We store the bars in a climate controlled warehouse, however UPS trucks are not refrigerated. Therefore My Supplement Store will not be held responsible for melted bars ordered during the summer months.
