Daily Dosing: For Men: Up to 200 pounds: 8 Caplets, 4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. Over 200 pounds: 10 Caplets, 5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. For Women: Up to 125 pounds: 4 Caplets, 2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. Over 125 pounds: 6 Caplets, 3 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. Suggested Use: To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NO2.
