Take 1 serving (8 caplets) between 30 to 45 minutes before a high-intensity workout. Due to the potent nature of this product, which works immediately and lasts throughout your training session, GAKIC Hardcore should only be used on days that you work out and at no other time. To develop respect for, and understand the potency of GAKIC Hardcore , take 4 caplets on your first day, moving to the full serving before your next workout. Do not exceed 1 full serving (8 caplets) in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume ten 8-oz. glasses of water daily for general good health.
