Directions: Take five (5) capsules per day.
- On Training Days: Take two (2) capsules with 8 to 12 fluid ounces of cold water 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Take an additional three (3) capsules with 8 to 12 fluid ounces of cold water immediately after training.
- On Non-Training Days: Take five (5) capsules with 8 to 12 fluid ounces of cold water between breakfast and lunch

When calculating your transit time, do not include the day your order is shipped (or the day UPS or Fed-Ex picks up your package from our warehouse).
- For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.
- If you order on Monday at 4pm CST your order would ship on Tuesday and in the above scenario you would receive your order on Thursday.
- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
