GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)- GABA is required as an inhibitory neurotransmitter to block the transmission of an impulse from one cell to another in the central nervous system, which prevents over-firing of the nerve cells. Mucuna Pruriens Extract (98%) - Mucuna Pruriens seeds have also been found to have antidepressant properties in cases of depressive neurosis when consumed and formulations of the seed powder have shown promise in the management and treatment of Parkinson disease. Dried leaves of M.pruriens are sometimes smoked. M.pruriens has also recently become popular among lucid dreaming enthusiasts as it stimulates the cholinergic system.
L-Theanine 98% -Able to cross the blood-brain barrier, theanine has psychoactive properties. Theanine has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress, and improves cognition and mood. L-Theanine has been shown to both reduce the time that it takes a person to fall asleep as well as decrease the number of nighttime awakenings.
Chamomile Flower 4:1 Extract - Chamomile Flower is a common name for several daisy-like plants. These plants are best known for their ability to be made into a tea which is commonly used to help with sleep and is often served with either honey or lemon. Chrysin, a specific flavonoid found in chamomile, has been shown to be anxiolytic and is believed to be at least partially responsible for chamomile's reputation as a sleep aid. Chamomile is the national flower of Russia. It is known to reduce stress.

We have been using NRGX products for the last month and a half. Recently I haven't been able to get good sleep. I have a lot of stress with my husband leaving for Afghanistan in a couple of months. My workouts weren't like they were and I was always waking up feeling like I hadn't slept at all. I ordered the Sleep Maxx figuring if anything I'm getting more nutrients at bed time. The first night I slept like a baby, I didn't wake up at all!!! I have been taking it for the last couple weeks and I feel so much better!!!!!! My workouts are back to normal and I feel great!Use Again Effectiveness Total Rating Goal: Overall Health

This isnt a post I wanna make, but I will- with the recent deaths we had last week in our Family, folks found it hard to sleep. I took my Sleep Maxx with me for everyone, and they actually got good sleep which is profound. I knew it worked well, but this really made believers out of me and also them who needed sleep bad.
