Directions
As an adult dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast or morning workout and 2 more capsules in the afternoon. Start off with only capsules on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 capsule every two days until maximum dosage of 4 capsules is reached.

Ive tride the normal red stinger which worked great for me, I tride ordering it again but couldnt, got the black lable, thought it would have the same results, but def not, so much stronger boost in the morning, it can get a lil overwhelming, the crash isnt that bad. (Posted on 3/25/11)
