Do NOT exceed 3 capsules in any 24 hour period.

I used the Red Stinger Black Label from NRG-X Labs as an energy booster more than a thermogenic burn supplement at first. I was able to log both effects though with minimal side effects. The energy surge you get is subtle, gradual almost. I found that I was three times more productive after taking it due to the excess energy. This only caused a problem when I took it too late in the day. Although you have to keep yourself seriously hydrated, this product earns it claim as a fat burner as well. I was able to shave 5 lbs off without any change in diet. I wasn't nearly as hungry while taking this product, but I did not focus on whether it was due to excessive water intake or the pill itself. Again, I used this merely for energy boost and ended up with the added benefit of fat loss.Effectiveness Total Rating Use Again
If you are looking for either energy or fat loss, this is the best one I have found on the market. The small cons in the pill are far outweighed by the pros and the price is agreeable with even a tightly budgeted enthusiast like myself. (Posted on 3/7/11)
