Directions

For best results, take 1 serving of 8 capsules twice daily on training days, preferably with 8 oz. of grape juice or other fruit juice. Take the first serving of Growth Factor immediately before lifting, and the second serving within 30 minutes after. If you use a post-training protein shake, wait at least 20 minutes after you've taken the Growth Factor before drinking your shake.

Warnings

Due to the potent nature of this product we recommend using Growth Factor for no longer than a 12 week on cycle followed by at least a 4 week off period before supplementing with Growth Factor again.
