Directions
Take 1 scoop and mix into 12 oz of cold water 30 minutes before your workout and/or immediately upon awakening.
Warnings
NO yeast, corn, wheat, sugar, salt, soy, dairy or fish added. Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine. Do not exceed 1 scoop per serving or two scoops per 24 hour period; space servings at least 6 hours apart. Do not consume past 6 pm. Fierce contains the carnosine boosting supplement b-Alanine. Beta-Alanine has been documented to stimulate paresthesia (tingling of the skin) which usually subsides within 30 minutes of taking it. Please do not be alarmed as this is an inherent characteristic of beta-alanine itself. To minimize paresthesia take Fierce with food.
