Suggested Use:As a dietary supplement, Mix one scoop (20 grams) with 6 ounces of water of your favorite beverage 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event.
For advanced athletes, a second may be taken immediately following the event. On non-workout days, take one scoop immediately upon waking.
SUPERNOVA does contain stimulants and should be taken at least six hours prior to bed.

As long as we have the products in stock, your order will ship in 12-24 hours.
- All orders for in-stock items received before 10am CST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10am CST will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will ship the next business day. In most cases it will take 2-5 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 1-2 days- however, you will always receive an e-mail telling you that your order might be delayed. When calculating your transit time, do not include the day your order is shipped (or the day UPS or Fed-Ex picks up your package from our warehouse).
- For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.
- If you order on Monday at 4pm CST your order would ship on Tuesday and in the above scenario you would receive your order on Thursday.
- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
