Q: How much is shipping and how quickly will I get my package?
A: Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 within the continental U.S. that are eligible to ship via UPS Ground (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & PO Box addresses and international orders) Shipping for orders $50 or less is just $5.00. We reach over 40 states within 5 business days or less using UPS. Our shipping is quick because we are located in the middle of the United States.
Note: UPS now charges a $20 address
correction fee for shipments that have to have the address updated. So,
please be very careful to enter the address correctly when you place your
order; once the order has shipped, if UPS has to change the address or
contact you to update the Street or Apt.# we will bill the $20 UPS fee to
your account on file.
UPS Shipping Transit Times
UPS Ground
As long as we have the products in stock, your order will ship in 12-24 hours. All orders for in-stock items received before 10am CST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10am CST will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will ship the next business day. In most cases it will take 2-5 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 1-2 days- however, you will always receive an e-mail telling you that your order might be delayed. When calculating your transit time, do not include the day your order is shipped (or the day UPS picks up your package from our warehouse).
For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.
If you order on Monday at 4pm CST your order would ship on Tuesday and in the above scenario you would receive your order on Thursday.
If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
UPS 3 Day
All orders shipped via UPS 3 Day take 3 business days to arrive.
For example: if you order on Tuesday before 10AM CST and all products are in stock, you should receive your order on Friday before 4pm.
If you order on Tuesday after 10AM CST and all products are in stock, your order will be shipped on Wednesday and you should receive it on the following Monday.
Please keep in mind that delivery in 3 business days is guaranteed- once the order has shipped. If the order has shipped and you still do not receive your order in 3 business days please contact us and we will help you get in touch with UPS for a refund of your shipping charges. If one or more items from your order are backordered, it will delay the processing of your order. We will contact you via e-mail immediately if any items are out of stock.

All orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air take 2 business days to arrive. (Same as above)
UPS Next Day Air Saver
All orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air take 1 business day to arrive.(Same as above)
