Suggested Use:Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before meal in the morning with a full glass of water, and take 3 capsules 6-8 hours later, 30 minutes before meal with full glass of water. Do not take this product for more than 8 weeks on without cycling off for at least 3 weeks. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 1-2 days- however, you will always receive an e-mail telling you that your order might be delayed. When calculating your transit time, do not include the day your order is shipped (or the day UPS or Fed-Ex picks up your package from our warehouse).
- For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.
- If you order on Monday at 4pm CST your order would ship on Tuesday and in the above scenario you would receive your order on Thursday.
- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
