I researched this product extensively and found that this product has been on top and unchanged since 1983. I've never found so many good reviews on a product, so it made my choice easy. I run 3 to six miles in the sand, do over 1000 situps and hundreds of pushups, along with other circuit training; this is all I can do due to a paralyzed right lower arm and hand. The Pak gave me much needed endurance and recovery. I did not gain the energy I read so much about, however, my dad did! He is 54 and very active and the Pak has given him energy, stamina, and endurance in his activities such as surfing, hiking, work(construction). This product does exactly whats thousands of people say it does. Lastly, the coast seems high for a multi, but this is much more than a multi and worth the money.Use Again Effectiveness Total Rating Goal: Increased sports performance
