Do not use Friction with Redline, Meltdown or any other products and/or beverages that contain caffeine or other forms of stimulants. Start with 1/2 to 2/3 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix one level scoop of Friction with 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage. Unlike other supplements in this category, Friction is very powerful and requires only 1 scoop. Always consume at least 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight. Example: 160 pound person would drink 80 ounces of water per day.
