Liberal Tears Energy Drink Taste Test & Review

Liberal Tears Energy Drink Taste Test & Review

John:

Hey guys, John and Jeff here with Best Price Nutrition. You can check out the website at bestpricenutrition.com. We know you guys love the energy drink reviews. So, a company by the name of Liberal Tears Energy sent us an all-new energy drink. It's kind of a fun one.

Jeff:

How many people you think just dropped off our video?

John:

Right. We got one sip triggers 1,000 tears. No liberals were emotionally harmed or visually violated in the making of this product. This one we got Patriot Peach. You like peach?

Jeff:

Yep. In an energy drink, I don't know. There's not too many peaches out there.

John:

They're normally like peach mango.

Jeff:

Peach mango, that's true. Peach mango. I think Bang had one of those, right?

John:

They did. Yeah.

Jeff:

Yes. Yep.

John: In this one you got 150 milligrams of caffeine. So nice middle ground. Not too crazy.

Jeff:

Yeah, that's actually a lot lower. That's closer to Monster level right there.

John:

Yep. And then we got Panax ginseng and guarana, which you guys probably know from Red Bull. Both these are known to boost energy, reduce fatigue, improve cognitive function. The ginseng is also good for immune support and enhanced nitric oxide production.

Jeff:

Exactly. And again, it's called Liberal Tears. Please don't come at us with the complaints. Go after Liberal Tears in Bluffdale, Utah. So we're just here to taste the energy drink and see what it tastes like.

John:

And we don't currently carry this one.

Jeff:

Nope.

John:

So we'll go ahead and link to the Liberal Tears' website where you can pick these up.

Jeff:

I like that there's no... It's very carbonated. Hear that?

John:

Yeah.

Jeff:

Yeah. I like that there's no colors, no dyes.

John:

Oh, yeah

Jeff: I think that's a big thing lately, so. That is a very, like a sharp peach.

John:

See, I was going to say it's pretty light.

Jeff:

You think so?

John:

Yeah.

Jeff:

Well, it's not sweet, I don't think. I think it's very-

John:

Not overly sweet or syrupy.

Jeff:

No.

John:

And a lot of times the artificial peach and or mango can be really hit or miss. I think it's pretty good.

Jeff:

No. I mean, you know like a Sprite kind of hits you?

John:

Mm-hmm.

Jeff:

No, it's actually really good. It's different than most of the drinks out there.

John:

And we always rank these 1 through 10 on carbonation, strength of flavor and level of sweetness. So carbonation, what do you give it 1 through 10?

Jeff:

I think it's going to be a lot. I think I'm going to be burping after this. So I'm going to give it an eight.

John:

Give it an eight as well.

Jeff: Okay.

John: Strength of flavor? I think we're going to be different here.

Jeff:

Yeah. Well, it's not overly peachy, but again, it's like a sharp peach. So I'm going to give it a seven.

John:

Okay. So I'll probably do the same.

Jeff:

Yeah, it went down for you.

John:

And then level of sweetness?

Jeff:

It's not very sweet. I don't think it's very sweet at all. I always rate it to Ghost being very sweet. So I'm going to give this a seven.

John:

Probably go the same.

Jeff:

Okay.

John: Rarely are we on the same page.

Jeff:

Wow. Okay. So yeah, this is Liberal Tears Energy Snowflake and sugar-free, 150 milligrams, 16 ounce can. It's actually really good. Do they have other flavors?

John:

This is their only flavor right now.

Jeff: This is their only flavor.

John: If they expand out maybe we'll see if Liberal Tears can send us out some new cans of any future flavors they got.

Jeff: Yeah. So if anybody's had this before, please post it down below. If you want to agree with them or complain about this company, post it down below.
