8 Tips To Stick To Your New Year's Resolutions

The New Year is here and we all know how hard it is to stick to your New Year's Resolution of losing weight or new fitness goals. By mid January, we know it's hard to stay on track to your New Year's Resolution.

1. Create SMART Goals

Figure out exactly what you want to accomplish for the New Year, whether it is losing weight, eating less sugars, or starting a new fitness plan. Once you narrow down exactly you want to achieve, create two to three challenging but achievable goals.

You can also record what kind of meals you liked or didn't like to help prep for future meal preps. Write down your progress of how many reps you did and what kinds of challenges you overcame that day.

Tracking your progress can also help keep you motivated and feel like you are achieving what you want to achieve for the New Year.
