Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you begin by taking only one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach to access tolerance. Once tolerance is accessed you can increase to 3 capsules each day, one in the morning and 1-2 capsules 6-8 hours later. Can be take by both men and women.
