How Long Does Alani Nu Pre-Workout Last?

From that point you'll probably be peaking with energy at about the one hour mark, and depending upon how strenuous your training is, could last up to 3 hours. 

How to Use Alani Nu PreWorkout

Mix 1/2 scoop in 6-8 oz of water 20-30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may use one full serving (1 scoop.)A slight tingling sensation is normal and due to the beta alanine. Be sure to stay hydrated and have a great workout!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I am so impressed by this product that I felt the need to. I’ve been using pre-workout consistently for the past two-and-a-half years and have tried at least ten different brands/flavors/formulas and I have to say this knocked them all out of the park. It is the first pre-workout I have actually enjoyed taking because of the flavor and the effects feel like just the right amount. The ingredient list is small so it seems very clean compared to other brands. I am so glad I found it! Can’t wait to try more of their products.

The Citrus Dew flavor is SO freaking good. It's super refreshing and has the perfect amount of caffeine & beta-alanine to get a good pump, but not leave me feeling anxious. I stand by every product I've tried from Alani so far.

I love this preworkout it really helps me get ready to workout and pushes me to keep going during my workout. Also it tastes amazing. I would 100 percent recommend purchasing this product!
