How to Make CarbRite Pancake and Waffle Mix
You will need: 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 Tbsp melted butter or 1/4 cup oil, & 1 egg (beaten)
- Combine all liquids thoroughly.
- Add 1 cup CarbRite Diet Pancake & Waffle Mix to liquids.
- Add up to 2 Tbsp or more water to adjust batter thickness.
- For pancakes, pour batter onto a lightly oiled nonstick pan on low-medium heat. Flip when sides look dry and bubbles form on top.
- For waffles, pour batter into headed, greased waffle iron and prepare according to appliance directions.
