Directions

Initial (first serving) Directions: Take 1/2 scoop of GlycerGrow 2™ with 3 ounces of cold water 30 minutes pre-workout to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions For Regular Use:Take 1 scoop of GlycerGrow 2™ 30 minutes pre-workout.
