How to Take Crow Intrafast

Suggested Use: Begin by taking 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance, Intrafast is a powerful energizer and can be used in half-doses. 

And 1 scoop (or 1/2 scoop) to a large shaker with ice and water. You can vary the amount of water added based on personal taste. Sip on Intrafast throughout your fasting period- do not slam/take all at once. Intrafast is a powerful energizer and may cause undesired effects if consumed quickly. Do not consume more than 2 scoops per day. Try to finish before 1 hour of consuming your first meal.
