L-Leucine is an essential amino acid that is helpful in the biosynthesis of proteins. This helps with breakdown and effects of the proteins. The BCAA are needed to your recovery is faster and easier on your body, and your body doesn't starve itself on nutrients, resulting in bigger muscles.

What is hydrolyzed whey protein?

Whey Protein and Hydrolyzed Whey Protein are super similar in the simple fact they come from the same gene, and are both proteins. But, there is one main difference between the two. The difference is that Hydrolyzed Whey is made through a certain process called Hydrolysis. What happens is that the protein is broken down into smaller sizes. This makes Peptides, which are easier for the body to absorb. This makes Hydrolyzed Whey faster to digest and absorb so it helps with recovery.
