Directions

Begin by taking 1/2 a serving (1/2 Scoop) mixed with 10-12 ounces of water in the morning on an empty stomach and 20-30 minutes prior to your first meal or protein shake. From there find your own personal tolerance. For best results use in combination with diet and a training program. Do not use for longer than 4 weeks, follow with a 4 week break.
