Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is one of nature's most active antioxidant enzymes. It scavenges superoxide free radicals. SOD is anti-inflammatory, fights free radicals, and may help reduce mental fatigue.
While its generally best to get your nutrients from whole foods, when that's not possible supplementation is a great alternative. That said if you're wondering what foods are rich in SOD, foods such as Broccoli, Cabbage, and Barley Grass.
Take 1 capsule per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
