How to Take Kaged Muscle CreaClear
Take as a dietary supplement. For the first 4-5 days (during loading phase) mix one scoop with 8-10 oz. of water or beverage of choice. Stir or shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds). Consume in the morning, mid-day, evening, and before bed for best results.
After day 5 (during maintenance phase) mix one scoop with 8-10 oz. of water or beverage of choice. Stir or shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Take 1-2 times per day.
