Resveratrol is a polyphenol with powerful antioxidant properties, similar to those found in red wine. It's long been studied as the "longevity gene" or "SIRT1" which plays an important role in aging and biological processes. Resveratrol also has a host of other benefits including possibly easing joint pain, protecting the brain, and it's known to have a positive effect on blood fats. Nature's Essentials Resveratrol packs 500mg into each serving and comes with a full 3 month supply.
