Are There Any Side Effects of Resveratrol?

Resveratrol may interact with blood thinners like warfarin, aspirin, and ibuprofen, which may raise your risk of bleeding. One isolated study also found that high doses of resveratrol may be associated with fever, reduced blood cells and decreased blood pressure.
