Now Foods Soy Free Phosphatidyl Serine is a phospholipid compound derived from sunflower lecithin. Phosphatidyl serine plays an important role in cell membrane composition and intercellular communication. It is an important structural component of nerve cell membranes, where it assists in the conduction of electrical impulses and facilitiates the activity of neurotransmitters involved in learning, memory, and mood.
Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food. Store in a cool dry place after opening.
