Those of you out there who are already fans of Redcon1's MRE Lite will be excited to hear this. Redcon is rolling out an all new flavor, Peanut Butter Cookie. Currently MRE Lite is available in Banana Nut Bread, Dutch Apple Pie, Pecan Pie, Blueberry Cobbler, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Strawberry Shortcake, and Snickerdoodle.

For those of you new to MRE Lite, MRE stands for Meals Ready to Eat. These meals are given to soldiers out in the field for fuel during intense combat situations. MRE Lite provides the same great taste and the same whole foods as MRE, but with much lower carbohydrates for those watching their weight.
