Please note all shipping methods come with a tracking number which will be emailed to the email address provided by you. We do not split shipments so if you order an out of stock item we will wait for that item to return to stock before shipping your order.

Protecting You Against Fraud

All orders go through a 3rd party fraud monitoring service. If your order is declined, we will email to let you know the reason behind it. This was done as we receive dozens of fraud attempts per day.

Same-day shipping deadline:

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 1 PM CT usually ship the same day, as long as the product states in stock. Otherwise they will ship next day. Our goal is always to get your order out to you as fast as possible, so if you have a change to your order after it has been placed please call us as soon as possible. We are constantly processing orders to get them out to you right away, so please contact us quickly!

    • Orders with an item subtotal less than $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.00. These packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to request one method over the other for standard shipping please tell us in the “Comments” section of your order, and we will gladly try to accommodate your request.
  • Orders with an item subtotal greater than $50.00 are shipped free.  These packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous states. The method will be determined by My Supplement Store. Although we call this standard shipping these packages reach over 90% of the country within 4-7 business days!

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments

Packages 2 lbs and under - Flat Rate $5.99 Simply choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option. UPS services are available for additional charges which will be displayed on the shipping page before you enter your credit card information. 

Packages over 2 lbs - The charges are calculated based on the zip code and weight of the package and are assessed before you enter your credit card information. Both UPS and USPS services are available for these packages.

Please note UPS does not count weekends as business or shipping days. For instance if your order ships on Thursday and you live in a 3 day zone your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Shipping costs to an improper/undeliverable address are not refundable and may be subject to additional charges. If you need to change your shipping address once it has shipped, there is a $17.00 charge that will be required in order to do so. We are charged this amount by UPS whenever an address correction is made. If you have to make a change to your address please call us at 877 505-1777 ASAP so we can correct your address before your order ships and save you the $17.

International Shipping

My Supplement Store currently ships vitamins, supplements and prohormones to over 120 countries around the world. Please note it is your responsiblity to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any tarrifs or customs regulations. We try our very best to keep up with the laws of the countries around the world, however they do change often and we cannot be 100% sure that we are up to date on them so please check with your customs office. We will ship your package to you privately, but it is your risk.

Do I have to Pay for Customs, Taxes & Duties? What is My Package Doesn't Make it Through Customs

Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.

Based on the laws of your country, some items may not be available for shipping to your country. We are unable to keep up with what supplements are not allowed as we ship to over 120 countries. It is ultimately your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we're not able to offer a refund.

It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. We currently offer DDP (Delivery and Duties PAID) and one DDU (Delivery and Duties UnPaid) for orders going to Canada. The Economy International Airmail shipping option, it the DDU method and is only available for packages 4.4 pounds (2 kg) or less. Your mail carrier may or may not collect duties and taxes for the Economy method. Although this is rare, as these packages often make it to the customer tax & duty free. If you choose a DDP method, we collect the taxes and duties during checkout, and therefore you do not have any remaining taxes and/or duties due upon delivery.

Personal Customs Code (PCC)

Korean customs now requires you to enter your Personal Customs Code (PCC) for customs clearance. The PCC code must match the name of the package recipeint. If you are ordering for someone else, and are entering their name in the ship to, you must enter their PCC code. You will see this is a required field in the checkout.

The South Korean governemnt has replaced both the Resident Registration Number (RRN) and Alien Registration Number with the Korean Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCC Code). The "Korean Personal Customs Clearance Code” can be created at: http://portal.customs.go.kr. The process of creating it takes about 5 minutes and you will receive the new code.

If you are a foriegn citizen and do not have a Personal Customs Code (PCC), you can enter your 9 digit passport number (or that of the consignee). Passport format: (F+Country Code+Passport Number).

Below are the 6 steps for creating your PCC code:

1. Got to http://portal.customs.go.kr) and create an account.

2. Log in with your ID and password, and then click on: 개인통관고유 부호 신청(Personal Customs Clearance Code).

3. Enter your name and Resident Registration Number. You will need a Public Key Certificate for this process.)

4. Choose your Public Key Certificate (공인인증서) and then enter your password.

5. Fill out an application for a Korean Personal Customs Clearance Code.

6. Remember to copy your new Korean Personal Customs Clearance Code and enter it on the Best Price Nutrition check out page.

Address Format

Make sure your address matches the new format to meet the standards of the Road Name Address Act. You can visit http://www.juso.go.kr/support/AddressConvert.htm and it will generate the correct address. Failure to provide the proper address format will cause delays and possible additional fees from Korea Post.

Do I have to Pay for Customs, Taxes & Duties? What is My Package Doesn't Make it Through Customs?

Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.

If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs when we receive package back.

It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare).
