Please note all shipping methods come with a tracking number which will be emailed to the email address provided by you. We do not split shipments so if you order an out of stock item we will wait for that item to return to stock before shipping your order.
Protecting You Against Fraud
All orders go through a 3rd party fraud monitoring service. If your order is declined, we will email to let you know the reason behind it. This was done as we receive dozens of fraud attempts per day.
Same-day shipping deadline:
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 1 PM CT usually ship the same day, as long as the product states in stock. Otherwise they will ship next day. Our goal is always to get your order out to you as fast as possible, so if you have a change to your order after it has been placed please call us as soon as possible. We are constantly processing orders to get them out to you right away, so please contact us quickly!
The following method applies to the Continental United States only:
Standard shipping (4 – 6 business days)
- Orders with an item subtotal less than $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.00. These packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail. The method will be determined by My Supplement Store. If you would like to request one method over the other for standard shipping please tell us in the “Comments” section of your order, and we will gladly try to accommodate your request.
- Orders with an item subtotal greater than $50.00 are shipped free. These packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous states. The method will be determined by My Supplement Store. If you would like to request one method over the other for standard shipping please tell us in the “Comments” section of your order, and we will gladly try to accommodate your request. Although we call this standard shipping these packages reach over 90% of the country within 4-7 business days!

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
Packages 2 lbs and under - Flat Rate $5.99 Simply choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option. UPS services are available for additional charges which will be displayed on the shipping page before you enter your credit card information.
Packages over 2 lbs - The charges are calculated based on the zip code and weight of the package and are assessed before you enter your credit card information. Both UPS and USPS services are available for these packages.

Please note UPS does not count weekends as business or shipping days. For instance if your order ships on Thursday and you live in a 3 day zone your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Shipping costs to an improper/undeliverable address are not refundable and may be subject to additional charges. If you need to change your shipping address once it has shipped, there is a $17.00 charge that will be required in order to do so. We are charged this amount by UPS whenever an address correction is made. If you have to make a change to your address please call us at 877 505-1777 ASAP so we can correct your address before your order ships and save you the $17.
My Supplement Store currently ships vitamins, supplements and prohormones to over 120 countries around the world. Please note it is your responsiblity to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any tarrifs or customs regulations. We try our very best to keep up with the laws of the countries around the world, however they do change often and we cannot be 100% sure that we are up to date on them so please check with your customs office. We will ship your package to you privately, but it is your risk.

Do I have to Pay for Customs, Taxes & Duties? What is My Package Doesn't Make it Through Customs
Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.
Based on the laws of your country, some items may not be available for shipping to your country. We are unable to keep up with what supplements are not allowed as we ship to over 120 countries. It is ultimately your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we're not able to offer a refund.
It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & takes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs.
What Products Are Not Allowed In My Country
Honestly, it's impossible for us to keep on top of what is and is not allowed in every country. While we do our best to stay on top of Customs laws in most major shipping destinations, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a regular basis.
It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back.
