Directions & Dosage
Due to the potency of Animal Fury, Universal Nutrition recommends that you begin with 1/2 scoop to access your tolerance. Once tolerance has been accessed you can move up to taking 1 scoop about 15 to 30 minutes before your workout. It is best taken on an empty stomach. It can be taken by both men and women. You should take for a maximum of 60 days before taking at least 4 weeks off, before cycling this pre-workout again.Never exceed more than 1 scoop in a 24 hour period.
