Whether that is following a certain diet, limiting your calorie intake, or even combining healthier eating with a work out. Again, people get caught up in work life and/or social life, but many people set a goal to read more in the New Year. We also get stuck in this routine of going home after work, making dinner, eating dinner, watching TV, and going to bed. If people can switch the watching TV to reading instead, they can easily reach their New Year goal. Even if it's just setting a goal of reading 15 minutes per night or reading 10 pages a night. Overall, setting goals for yourself and sticking to your goals will help you achieve it.
