Here are My Supplement Store we ship out Monday through Friday. We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, which is pretty central to everywhere in the United States.
Inventory Statuses
We try as hard as possible to keep our inventory up to date on our website. If it says "In Stock", we will work to get it shipped out as soon as possible. Average time is 1-2 business days. For any product labeled "Shipping Delayed" or "Out of Stock", this means the product is out of stock and on order. It will be shipped out as soon as it comes into our warehouse. Orders ship out once the order in it's entirety is all in stock and ready to ship. Ordering a product which is out of stock or shows shipping delayed will result in the entire order waiting on that product to come back in stock.

Our standard shipping option to the United States is 2-5 business days, depending on where you are in the map above. 99.6% of the country should get their package within 4 business days after we ship (1-2 days on average)! Whether or issues with the shipping company can sometimes delay these estimates, but it is very rare. Any order under $99 is charged a flat $5 fee (unless otherwise noted), and any order over $99 is shipped for free via our standard shipping option, with the exclusion of RTD's, energy drinks and bars.
Discount Codes
If you want to use a coupon code, ONE coupon PER ORDER ONLY. This cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, deals, and stacks.
Other Options
USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available for additional charges. Please note that the shipping cut off time Monday - Friday is 2pm CT.
When choosing your shipping method, please note that weekends are not considered business days.
UPS and USPS themselves only offer service guarantee on USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air. Anything lesser DOES NOT qualify. In addition, only mechanical delays (delays caused by the carrier themselves) that are eligible. Meaning delays due to weather do NOT qualify.
Free Shipping Items
We have many products on our website that are free shipping no matter the total of your order. These products will be marked free shipping. Please note that if you are order a product that is free shipping and another that is not free shipping, you may be charged shipping for the weight of that other product. Only Hawaii and Alaska are not included.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping Options
We love the military! We have many associates in our company in the military. This is why we offer low cost shipping via USPS Military Mail to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Military packages normally arrive within 4-10 business days. We even offer discounts for military. Just get on live chat with us and we will be happy to offer you a discount code.

Address Errors
Please make sure to check your shipping address and make sure it is accurate and up to date. If we ship a package to an address you entered, which was wrong, we can sometimes re-route it, but really depends on the carrier. You are responsible to repurchase the order if the address was entered incorrectly and marked delivered. If you need to change an address and it hasn't shipped out yet, make sure to call us directly at 1-800-499-4810. Do not email us, Live Chat or message us through social media as it can be up to 24 hours before we check those areas.
Your Package Was Lost
If you experience any issues with your order—such as missing items, receiving the wrong product, receiving an opened container, or if your order is marked as delivered but was not received—please contact us (phone or email) within 48 hours of the delivery date.
This timeframe allows us to review our shipping footage and verify delivery using the carrier's GPS coordinates. Unfortunately, if more than 48 hours pass, we will no longer be able to address these concerns.
Weather Delays
Please note that we cannot control the weather and deliveries during bad weather by all shipping companies. Once we ship out, it is up to the shipping companies to deliver packages through bad weather. We will definitely work with you to find out more information, but it is out of our control when weather is an issue and refunds cannot be given due to it.
Fraud & Security
We are very strict on fraud. Because our industry sees a ton of fraud each day, we work with a 3rd party fraud prevention company to help stop fraud from happening. Each order that comes through our website goes through a fraud check (almost instant...you won't even notice!). If the order is flagged for fraud, it may go through additional verification before it can be shipped out. While this is rare, it can happen. We get dozens of fraudulent order attempts each day, so we take this very seriously.
