Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. Orders with an item subtotal of less than $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.00. Orders with an item total greater than $50.00 are shipped free. No hidden handling fees, simply free shipping. For more details please visit our Shipping page.
Q. Is it safe to order online?
A. Yes. Notice when you are checking out the URL changes from http to https, 's' means secure. It is a top priority of My Supplement Store to make online ordering safe for you. We have never had a security issue. No leaked transactions or credit card numbers. Our servers are secure and they are kept up to the minute with the latest security updates. Click our SSL certificate to verify your transaction is run over a secure server. Also our site is tested daily by Comodo Hackerproof, this can be verified by moving your mouse over the link in the bottom right corner. Comodo uses all of their resources to try and penetrate our site daily, if they find any vulnerability we must immediately patch it.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Please call (877) 505-1777 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order to receive return authorization.
Q. What if the items I order are out of stock?
A. We keep our stock on hand live with our website , therefore on the rare occasion that we are out of an item that appears in stock online we will call or email you within 24 hours Monday - Friday. At that time we will give you the following options: 1) Give you an ETA when the item will return to stock so you can opt to wait for the item. 2) Replace the item with a similar item. 3) Cancel the order. 4) If other items are ordered ship the rest of the order and receive a refund for the out of stock item.
If you decide to order an item that shows online that it is out of stock you will receive an email giving you giving you an ETA on when your order will ship.
Q. When can I expect to receive my package?
A. 80% of our customers receive their orders within 3 business days. If there is any delay in shipping your order we will call and/or email you. If your package states 'delivered' and you haven't received it, please allow 24-48 business hours. Some mail carriers mark the package as delivered even when it is still on the truck. If you haven't received it in 48, please call and we will start an investigation.
Q. Can I change the items I ordered?
A. If this is the case please call (877) 505-1777 or e-mail us at email@example.com right away. We will exhaust every effort to make this change for you. However we ship orders within minutes of you placing your order. Typically if you reach us before 1PM CT we can accommodate you, if you placed the order the night before after 5 PM CST the latter also applies to the following business day (weekends to). If it happens to be too late for us to stop your order we will accept a full return on your unopened product less the shipping fee (in most cases this is $5.00). We must do this as we pay to ship the items free for you when the criterion is met. As always we will try to do what it takes to make you happy.
Q. How do I change my shipping information?
A. Please call us at (877) 505-1777 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Keep in mind we ship orders within minutes of you placing your order. Typically if you reach us before 1PM CST we can accommodate you, if you placed the order the night before after 5 PM CST the latter also applies to the following business day (weekends to). If it happens to ship to the wrong address we will have it shipped back to us and then we will ship it to your correct address or we will try to contact UPS and have the address changed (USPS does not offer this service). Please note there is a $10.00 charge for address corrections after an order has shipped as this is what UPS charges for address corrections.
Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
A. Yes, we do ship to military addresses via USPS military mail. Orders typically arrive to these addresses within 4-10 business days. Please list all of your address info as shown below:

Q. Can I pay with a gift card, money order or check?
To pay with a personal check, send it to the above address with your Driver’s License number on the check. Note all orders will be held until the check has cleared. Once the check has cleared, your order will be sent out. For a gift card, make sure to register the card with your billing address before ordering or it will not be approved by our system. Q. Can I ask technical questions about products?
A. Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our in depth product knowledge. Our entire staff has been trained on all of our products. We are all fitness enthusiasts just like you. Q. Can I order bars in the summer months?
A. Yes you can, however, we warn that you do run the risk of receiving melted bars. We store the bars in a climate controlled warehouse, however UPS trucks are not refrigerated. Therefore My Supplement Store will not be held responsible for melted bars ordered during the summer months.
Q. What are the order terms and conditions?
A. My Supplement Store will not be responsible, nor refund orders that were incorrectly or falsely submitted. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-505-1777 if you have any questions. Your submission of an order indicates your agreement to all terms. Please note we will try to accommodate your changes if you call us before your order is shipped.
Q. Are there any items you carry that are illegal in Australia or Canada?
A. Yes. Please note we try to keep as up to date as possible however we cannot be 100% sure this list is comprehensive therefore it is your responsibility to know the laws for your country. As always we will ship your package to you privately.
Q. What does 'Delayed Shipping' mean?
A. Delayed Shipping means that we currently do not have it in stock in our warehouse. We can however order it from the vendor directly. Once the order is placed, we place an order for the vendor, the vendor ships it to us, and then we ship it out to you.
Q. What is this Route Shipping Insurance?
A. Route Shipping Insurance helps when your package is stolen, lost in mail, or damaged! You can add this small fee in your cart and it will protect the package, but please note, Route does not cover if the address is entered incorrectly. Please make sure the address is perfect before submitting. Route does not cover if package is seized and we are not responsible for that either.
