Directions and Dosage
For best results, take one (1) capsule in the morning. An additional capsule may be taken once your tolerance has been assessed. DO NOT EXCEED 2 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take it within 6 hours of bedtime, unless you want to stay up all night.
