Melatonin is a potent free radical scavenger naturally produced in the pineal gland, and it's involved in many of the bodies processes including regulation of glandular secretory functions and related to the maintenance of normal sleep and wake cycles, as well as aspects of the immune system.
Take 1 lozenge just prior to bedtime as needed. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow.
