Directions and Dosage

Performax Labs recommends that beginners assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop mixed in 4-8oz. of water thirty minutes prior to exercise. Once tolerance has been determined, increase to 1 full scoop mixed with at least 8-12oz. of water thirty minutes before your workout. Do not exceed more than 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
