If your order has shipped: My Supplement Store ships orders very quickly, many same day. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund or exchange. Of course, the shipping fee can not be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company already. Please see our Returns page for information on returning a package.

If your order has not shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel/change it with no problem! In order to change anything on your order or cancel your order, you must contact My Supplement Store directly and speak with a customer service representative. You can call us directly at 800-499-4810. This includes any change to the shipping address, removal or additions to an order, and order cancellations. Please note that emails or phone message are not acceptable forms of cancellation. When calling, please have your order number ready.

Refunds: Please note that once we put a refund through on average it takes between 7 and 10 business days for it to show up in your account.

Exchanges: Customer pays for return shipping of the original product and for re-shipping the exchange (unless noted free shipping on website).
