Directions / Dosage for the Elite Fire, Ice & Power Stack

According to Blackstone Labs, take the Elite Fire & Ice stack for up to 12 weeks, which is 8 weeks on-cycle and 4 weeks post cycle (this will require 2 bottles of Chosen 1, AbNORmal, Brutal 4ce and Gear Support).

For the 4 week on cycle / 4-week post cycle, these are the directions:

• Chosen 1: Take 1 capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
• Brutal 4ce: Take 1 capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
• AbNORmal: Take 1 capsule two times per day. Take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with dinner for the first 4 weeks.
• Gear Support: Take 1 capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
• Eradicate: During your entire PCT, take 1 capsule three times per day in evenly divided doses. For example, 1 capsule every 8 hours.
• PCT V: Take 1 capsule twice per day after you have completed your on cycle. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food. Take for 30 days post cycle.

Side Effects & Warnings
