Directions

• Chosen 1: Take one (1) capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take one capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
• Brutal 4ce: Take one (1) capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take one capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
• Gear Support: Take one (1) capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take one capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
