How to Take Glaxon Slyce

Take as a dietary supplement. Take 2 capsules per day. On workout days, Slyce can be taken as 2 capsules at once 30-45 minutes before exercise. On non-workout days, Slyce can be taken as 1 capsule in the morning and one capsule mid-afternoon. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period.
