DIRECTIONS:
Weeks 1-6: Take 1 capsule of Hydroxyelite two times per day. Once in the morning with water and once with your next meal. Start with just one per day to access your tolerance.
Weeks 1-4: Take 2 tablets of Carnislim two times per day. 8-12 hours apart. Take 3 softgels of CLA 10000 two times per day with your first and last meals.
