How to Take Metabolic Nutrition P.S.P.
Due to the strength of P.S.P. pre-workout, please assess your tolerance by initially taking only 1 scoop with 4-5 oz. of water 10-15 minutes prior to your workout. Assess your tolerance before increasing dosage. Do not exceed 3 scoops in a 24 hour period.
