What Are Rose Hips?
Rose hips are used as a rich source of Vitamin C which contains anywhere from 1700 to 2000mg per 100 grams in the dried product. Rose Hips are often used as a remedy for arthritis, to support the immune system, and to fight off foreign invaders.
